The Transfer Pricing Institute

The Transfer Pricing Institute supports clients in fulfilling their transfer pricing tax obligations, reporting MDR tax schedules and withholding tax.

We offer services in the scope of:

  • preparation of transfer pricing documentation – local and group ones
  • determining the market level of transfer prices – conducting comparative analyses with the use of external comparative data
  • fulfilment of tax reporting obligations
  • reporting of MDR tax schemes
  • setting the amount of the compensatory levy – restructuring of activities
  • the preparation of an application for an APA.

In addition, the Transfer Pricing Institute organizes workshops and trainings (open and closed) on transfer pricing issues, reporting of MDR tax schemes and withholding tax.

Sławomir Sojaka

Prof. dr hab. Sławomir Sojak

Academic lecturer, head of the Department of Accountancy at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University and at the School of Banking in Toruń. Member of the Scientific Council of the Association of Accountants in Poland. Chairman of the Editorial Committee of the monthly magazine “Rachunkowość”. Author of many books in the field of accounting. They include: Management Accounting, Organizer’s House TNOiK, Toruń 2003; Transfer prices. Adam Bartosiewicz

Dr Adam Bartosiewicz

Doctor of legal sciences, specializing in tax law (Polish and EU) as well as penal fiscal law. Member of the board and partner of EOL Kancelaria Doradztwa Podatkowego sp. O.o. sp.k. Author or co-author of many publications, including VAT commentary (WoltersKluwer 2011) and KKS Commentary (C.H.Beck 2010). Former member of the State Committee for Tax Advisory. Academic lecturer.

Dr Jarosław F. Mika

Tax advisor. He has several years of experience in the field of tax law. First as a board member in Polish capital companies with foreign capital and then as a tax adviser (entry number 10 625). He gained experience in the field of taxes, among others at KPMG, CC & M. Author of several dozen publications on tax law issues (Przegląd Podatkowy, Monitor Podatkowy) and books: ?Transfer pricing. Commentary to the Regulation. Methods for Determining and Estimating transfer prices. Analysis of comparability. Examples? (C.H. Beck, Warsaw 2017, issue 2), ?Transfer prices. Commentary to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance. Methods for determining and estimating transfer prices. Analysis of comparability? (C.H. Member of the Program Board of the Transfer Pricing Institute. Member of the Competition Commission of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors Mazovian Branch of the third edition of the competition (2015/2016) for the best work.
