The TPR form should be submitted to the Head of the Cashier by e-mail. The deadline for submitting the form for 2019 is the end of December 2020. (extended by 3 months due to COVID-19). The electronic pdf form was prepared by the Ministry of Finance and is available at GOV.PL. The form is submitted through the Ministry’s gateway, the pdf form is converted to an xml file (similar to e.g. JPK reporting files).
