Business restructuring involves the transfer of economically significant functions, assets and/or risks between related parties. Typically, a transfer of functions, assets and/or risks to another party is a transfer of functions, assets and/or risks within a group, there is a reallocation of profits between entities, and the question arises whether the transferring company should not receive additional remuneration for this.
