The Transfer Pricing Institute has prepared the STRATOS tool, which is an IT tool for entities obliged to prepare a tax strategy pursuant to Article 27c of the Income Tax Act (CIT).
Once entity have acces Stratos, completing the fields that meet the criteria in Article 27c of the CIT, the entity receives a report ready to be posted on the website.

Instytut Cen Transferowych Sp. z o.o. opracowała autorskie narzędzie – STRATOS, służące do wypełnienia obowiązku podania do publicznej wiadomości informacji o realizowanej strategii podatkowej za rok podatkowy zgodnie z wymogami art. 27c CIT.
STRATOS to unikalne na rynku narzędzie umożliwiające podatnikom w prosty i szybki sposób przygotować informację o realizowanej strategii podatkowej, którą należy zamieścić na stronie internetowej w terminie do końca dwunastego miesiąca następującego po zakończeniu roku podatkowego. Pierwszą informację o realizowanej strategii podatkowej należy opublikować do 31 grudnia 2021 r.
